You can witness the artisan production of fresh ricotta, prepared by the shepherd before your eyes, or taste the seadas and impanadas made according to ancient recipes by skilled hands. You will visit the venue where the famous Coro di Bosa rehearses its traditional songs, discover the art of the fisherman who still hand-weaves the fishing traps, and the skill of the women who, with patience and mastery, weave the asphodel to create the iconic Sardinian baskets, symbol of a living tradition.
The breakfast is much more than just a meal: it is a moment of authentic welcome, cared for with attention and warmth by our staff. The hot drinks are prepared on the spot, to ensure freshness and a personalised service, always attentive to food intolerances and the individual needs of the guests.
Every morning we offer you a genuine breakfast and rich in local flavours, telling the story of Sardinia through artisan products and zero-mile ingredients. The homemade cakes and tarts by Maria Cristina, along with the citrus marmalades picked directly from our garden, are just the beginning. The offer is completed by flavoured honey with local floral essences produced by a local beekeeper, typical cheeses and cold cuts, yogurt, fresh milk, and seasonal fruit, all sourced from selected Sardinian producers.

The large panoramic garden with pool at Villa Asfodeli is a true oasis of tranquillity overlooking the crystal-clear sea of Sardinia and the countryside of Planargia, amidst lush vineyards and ancient olive groves. A corner of paradise where you can relax among well-kept lawns, shady trees, and fragrant flowers, perfect for reading a good book or sipping a glass of Malvasia di Bosa.
As the sun sets, the sunsets over the sea paint the sky with breathtaking colours, making every moment magical and unforgettable. And to complete the experience, our Sunset Bar in the garden awaits you with artisan cocktails and tastings of typical Sardinian products, prepared with care and passion by our staff.
